Purize Xtra Slim 6mm compared: What makes coconut activated carbon different

Many activated carbon filters on the market rely on carbon derived from coal or wood. Purize takes a different approach: the filter core of the Xtra Slim series is based on activated carbon from coconut shells. This raw material produces a finer pore structure than conventional coal-based variants, which directly affects the smoking experience. The result is a more consistent draw and a noticeably cleaner taste without the bitter aftertaste that many associate with unfiltered smoking. Add to this the precise diameter of exactly 5.9mm: standard filters in the 6mm segment often vary by tenths of a millimetre – leading to a loose fit or poor draw resistance. Purize maintains this tolerance consistently, so the filter sits cleanly in Xtra Slim tubes.

Coconut-based activated carbon: Finer pore structure than coal-based variants – noticeably cleaner taste and smoother draw
Exactly 5.9mm diameter: Precise fit without twisting or piercing – ready to use directly in all common Xtra Slim tubes
26.9mm filter length: Optimised length for sufficient filtration without taking up unnecessary space in the tube
Two ceramic caps: Keep the carbon block stable at both ends – no residue in the smoke stream, no carbon taste in the mouth
No installation direction: Both ends are identical – no need to turn around, fast use directly when rolling

Made in Germany: Manufacturing and packaging of Purize activated carbon filters

Purize manufactures its activated carbon filters in Germany. This guarantees consistent production quality and short delivery routes within Europe. The 50 pieces come in a resealable PE zip bag, so the filters can be stored dry and dust-free even after the first opening. Especially with regular use, this is a practical advantage over open boxes or paper cartons, where individual filters can get lost or absorb moisture. Anyone looking to order activated carbon filters in Switzerland will find the Purize Xtra Slim 6mm green at CBDeluxe Headshop with fast shipping. The green colour of the bag identifies the Xtra Slim variant within the Purize product line and makes it easy to distinguish on the shelf.
